Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all branches operational matters to achieve long-term strategic business goals.
- Review and report of the frontline sales activities, provide insightful analysis to Director.
- Conduct quarter/annual performance reviews for frontline staffs to manage and improve underperforming employees and recognize outstanding ones.
- Oversee frontline sales coaching and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve incentive programs.
- Act as a liaison between the Head Office and all branches to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service standard.
- Work with HR department on salary review, appraisals and new hires.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational processes and proscedures for centers operations, visuals, and marketing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing branches operations.
- Effective people management skills, including motivation, development, and performance management.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
