The Client Service Administrator (CSA) role is part of the team that is responsible for providing a broad range of support to the Advice team, in the provision of high-quality ongoing services to existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of exemplary client service, meeting and greeting clients, managing inquiries and requests.
Developing a deep knowledge of and strong working relationship with third parties to assist with obtaining information, activities, and processes, and reporting, within agreed time frames
Maintaining systems (including the Client Relationship Management System), processes, and tools, ensuring data integrity
Assist in administrative functions for the team.
