We are looking for a Product Consultant to join our team and provide expertise in product development and implementation. Your main responsibility will be to outreach and sell our products. All of the products are offered in our e-commerce store. This is a completely remote position.
You will be required to submit sales leads and keep and maintain good logs of all your sales produced. This position will require someone with strong data entry and customer care skills via phone. Telemarketing and selling skills as well as organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching customer needs, developing product strategies, and providing technical guidance to ensure products meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development processes and the ability to think strategically about product features and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and develop product solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Identify and assess customer needs and preferences.
- Provide product consultation to customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Develop product presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide technical support for products.

Pay: $51,275.00 - $61,706.00 per year
