FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
  • Ensure that the Company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment, etc.)
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
  • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with partners / vendors / suppliers.
  • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
  • Assess overall company performance against objectives.
  • Determines customers needs and desires by specifying the research need to obtain market information.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the companys product to competitors products.
  • Obtain product market share by working with Sales and Product Director to develop product sales strategies.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis.
  • Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and products development.
  • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, costing special and customized orders.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in cyber security, and network security skills is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, and problem solving.
  • Good analytical skills, and decision-making.
  • Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant experience with IT Distributor will be an advantage.
  • Highly motivated, results oriented, resourceful with lots of initiative.
