Recruiting Sourcer [Philippines]


 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Recruiting Sourcer. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of People Operations and responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing potential candidates to support our recruitment efforts. Your keen eye for talent and exceptional sourcing skills will contribute to building a talented workforce that aligns with our company's goals and values! As a Sourcer, and will be responsible for managing the company's recruiting initiatives for our internal community of Caddies (that’s what we call ourselves!).


Overview

For clarity, this is a role for intermediate-level professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates for specific job openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Utilize online platforms, professional networks, and other resources to proactively source passive candidates.
  • Engage with potential candidates through email, phone calls, and other channels to establish initial contact and evaluate their interest and suitability.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific roles, including evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring all relevant information is documented.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to provide regular updates on sourcing progress, share insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging sourcing techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the sourcing process.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.

The ideal candidate

  • Prior experience as a recruiting sourcer or in a similar role is preferred (minimum 2-3 years work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as BambooHR and CV databases.
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organization skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms is an advantage
  • Drive to conduct up to 15-20+ screening interviews a day


Compensation


1. Hourly compensation is USD$10/hour

2. 4 hours/day


Work arrangement


This is a remote role opportunity. We are open to hiring those willing to work online, as we are currently unable to support work permits for our entities.
