Vape Mode is a vaping retail business that is on the hunt for an amazing Retail Assistant to drive our sales and team, store located in Auckland CBD.
We are a retail outlet in the vaping or smoking cessation industry, looking to make waves by setting the tone for:

Our stores are clean lined, stocked well and have a simple message that speaks to the best brands being at the lowest prices, creating everyday value for our customers
Our focus is to hire people with great knowledge and experience to contribute to delivering the best service to all of our customers.
In this role you will:
- Be providing all customers with excellent customer service.
- Completing all daily store operations.
- Dealing with customer queries and issues.
- Keeping up to date with the latest technology to assist customers to find the right product for them.
- Packing online orders on request.
- Maintain Daily Stocktake Procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Assist the Manager with the daily operational tasks.
- Ensure the store sales and inventories all correctly accounted for.
In order to be considered for this role you will need:
- To have well-developed communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Be computer literate.
- Must work on the weekends and according to the roster.
- Reliable and enthusiastic.
- Vaping Industry knowledge desired.
You will be required to work at least one full weekend day; this will be part of the roster. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to one weekend day.
