We are now looking for a full-time DevOps Team Lead to join our RELEX family in Finland or Portugal. You will join our Data Platform Integrations team, responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality data transfer and processing services, that enable reliable and performant integrations between our systems. The team achieves this by setting up and managing Kafka cloud infrastructure in Azure with Terraform/TypeScript, automating DevOps tasks in GitLab CI pipelines, and providing assistance to internal customers. Your objective is to lead a high performing team with happy and satisfied members. In addition, you participate to the daily work of the team by completing technical tasks. As a part of Data Platform Department, you will also collaborate with other teams which are working with file services, data storages and customer integrations.

About the position:
Join us as a Team Lead, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead a team of about 3 people
- Have impact on the execution and efficiency of the team
- Help defining the team’s culture as well as the growth of each team member
- Apply your strong experience by completing tasks from the backlog, coaching team members and writing user documentation
- Be part of the Data Platform Department management team
- Passion for leading and supporting the team, and becoming a better leader
- Over 5 years of software development and/or cloud DevOps experience, for example, configuring CI pipelines and managing infrastructure as code
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong drive to support others to develop themselves
- Love to improve (Agile) practices and strengthen a healthy work culture
- All Kafka or data engineering experience is a plus
