As an Automotive Repair Technician, AAA can offer you:
- A competitive flat rate on experience, certifications and position level:
- A Technicians: $23.00 - $35.00/hr Flat Rate; 30 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week
- B Technicians: $20.60 - $32.00/hr Flat Rate; 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week
- C Technicians: $16.25 - $25.30/hr Flat Rate; 20 Billable Hour Guarantee Per Week
- Plus you can earn up to an additional $1,100 per month in productivity bonuses!
- Our full-time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required. You’ll get Sundays off each week, and another day during the week off (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday), dependent on business need.

What our Automotive Repair Technicians do:
- Accurately perform maintenance and advanced automotive repairs/mechanical diagnostics for engine repair, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/ steering, brakes, ABS/traction control, electrical, and heating/AC
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments
- Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures
What you will need to succeed:
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications (or ability to obtain in 12 months - paid for by AAA) or car dealer certifications
- State Safety and Emissions license preferred, not required
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift a maximum of 75 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (including a background check, drug screening and fitness for duty assessment), if offered the position.
