The Position
The CRM Specialist is responsible for handling the CRM database. You will report to the Customer Engagement Director. In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
- Customer data entry and management.
- Design, analyze and develop reports for sales and marketing to meet business objectives.
- Support business on data management for customer profiling, customer segmentation and customer targeting projects.
- Provide data and relevant dashboards for tracking business KPIs purposes.
- Provide users with training and instruction manual to ensure users can adopt and follow the CRM process correctly.
Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree in any field, MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM, sales or marketing areas, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry with international exposure.
- Expert level in Microsoft office especially in Excel.
- Good communication skills in both English and Thai are essential.
