The Customer Service Department is looking for a professional as Customer Service Analytics and Project Support (with a 1-year fixed-term contract ).
The role reports to the Customer Service Manager, will be responsible for analyzing and reporting team SLAs to management and stakeholders, and be involved on new projects that could improve efficiency and automation of department.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that customer satisfaction improves by monitoring key performance metrics and define action plans with Customer Service Manager
- Support Customer Service Manager in daily tasks, like Dashboard Creation/maintenance and weekly Data Analysis, key metrics
- Support project implementation related to Customer Service Automation or other projects related to department (Data analysis, preparation, test execution, etc).
- Acquire knowledge of all customer service activities (calls and orders), to support new tools/ software and analytics
- Ability to make dashboards, develop and deliver presentations
- Represent Customer Service Team in Internal Meetings
Qualifications
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a Customer Service Department
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication, team player and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, critical thinking
- Organizational, presentation and reporting abilities
- Hybrid work possible
The job holder is expected to be based in the current country of residence (Portugal).
