  • 主要職責:
  • 接待來訪客人並為客人做登記
  • 接聽電話,並為顧客安排電話預約服務
  • 回覆Facebook網上諮詢
  • 日常行政及文書工作
  • To perform general reception duties
  • Handle incoming emails and answer telephone calls on general inquiries
  • Perform general administrative duties, typing and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Form 5 or above
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese
  • Good knowledge in MS Word / Excel / Outlook and Chinese word-processing
  • Immediate available will be highly preferred
