Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in a similar technical role recommended.
Experience working as part of a team.
CPK,PPK knowledge;
Mechanical and electrical technical drawing interpretation;
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others.
Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards in the Automotive industry.
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Just In Time (JIT) strategizing.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Data analytics skills and experience.
Adept at using presentation software and presenting complex information to non-technical personnel.
Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms.
Experience using System Applications and Products (SAP) software.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency.
Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Reduces waste and addresses production issues.
Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes.
Works with other departments to develop and design production standards.
Designs facility layout and personnel requirements in relation to production operations.
Helps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel.
Ensures that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns.
Generates process documentation and reports.
