Marketing Manager [Qatar]


 

  • Work directly with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Provide leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the organization.
  • Establish and implement short and long term marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization.
  • Develop marketing strategies, generate new business leads, and oversee marketing department staff.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, and establishes data management and tracking systems to improve the organization's marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
  • Represent the organization at various community and business meetings.
  • Develop and manage the marketing department's budget.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 7 years similar experience in a group of companies.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Extensive leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good experience in digital marketing & social medial.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
