- Work directly with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Provide leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the organization.
- Establish and implement short and long term marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization.
- Develop marketing strategies, generate new business leads, and oversee marketing department staff.
- Conduct market research and analysis, and establishes data management and tracking systems to improve the organization's marketing efforts.
- Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Represent the organization at various community and business meetings.
- Develop and manage the marketing department's budget.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- Minimum 7 years similar experience in a group of companies.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Extensive leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good experience in digital marketing & social medial.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
