Proclinical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Program Manager.
This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.
Managing complex projects requires a unique set of skills that are consolidated into the role of Project/Program Manager in the Center of Excellence for Leadership Capabilities. This crucial position sits at the center between P&OD, HR, Divisions/Sites and Participants and therefore requires strong customer focus and relationship management skills to ensure program delivery according to the expected quality, timelines and cost of our internal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Fully accountable for the execution of P&OD programs after deal closure
- Ensures the programs are delivered with the highest level of quality in line with the agreed objectives while managing the project team/s and vendors successfully
- Acts as the interface between the project team, the Talent Partners and vendors to ensure successful execution and delivery according to the internal customer’s expectation
- Directs and holds team members and responsible parties accountable to deliver results within an agreed program governance structure and ensures full alignment with internal stakeholders is in place
- Collaborate closely with Project Leader/s on possible risks or needed adjustments to programs, according to measured outcomes and further received feedback
- Supports Project Leader with managing scope, timelines/milestones, budget/profitability, communication and lessons learned of all programs
- Ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Standards, including maintenance of data integrity excellence in Planview
Experience:
- 3-5 years of project/program management experience
- Customer Focus - ability to quickly solve problems/conflict as and when they arise with a strong analytical mind-set. Actively create and drive solutions.
- Leadership - ability to manage group of people to act towards achieving a common goal; ability to drive execution through efficient communication, creating a trusting environment and taking personal accountability for decision and actions.
- Driving Results - set ambitious and realistic plan and priorities, implement and monitor appropriate KPIs, to track progress, able to prioritize activities overcoming challenges while maintain high quality standard.
