Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Field.
- Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience creating content for and working with: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, & Snapchat (creating content for a real estate company is a plus!).
- Understanding of graphic and web design.
- Great story telling skills with engaging content.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Managing the social Media pages and platforms.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Knows how to operate a camera and can capture high quality photo and video content.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Take clear and concise picture and videos.
- Upload and update information and descriptions on company’s website and socials.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Conceptualize creative ideas for social media photos, videos, stories, and more
