Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients
  • Helping them navigate through office
  • Directing refreshments towards them as they wait
  • Answering phone calls and providing necessary guidance
  • Notify concerned person regarding their visitors/clients
  • Maintain employee and department directories
  • Handling queries
  • Support continuity by documenting and communicating actions and irregularities throughout.
  • Schedule appointments by coordinating with and between office personnel and client/visitor while maintaining record all along.
  • Manage the flow of traffic in the office.

Requirements:

· Candidate must be Bachelors at least or equivalent.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Good command over English language

· Good interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS office applications.
