ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented researcher with a strong work ethic to conduct prospect contact information research for their sales department. This is an entry-level research/data entry job.
SCHEDULE: 6 PM – 3 AM Central Daylight Time (7 AM – 4 PM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Work on assigned lists of leads loaded into the company’s CRM
· Use multiple research tools to identify points of contact names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers
· Create new connections within the CRM and enter the acquired data accurately
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic and can work independently
