We are seeking a robot production worker to join our team in the production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing robots according to specified standards. There will also be tasks where you will assist the development team with prototyping.

By automating the core processes in vertical farming with our modular autonomous mobile robot “Watney” we can offer vertical farms substantial reductions in labor costs and increase yields by increased monitoring. As Watney provides a platform for further automation we have created an open ecosystem for module development, that provides a one-size fits all solution for vertical farms.
Responsibilities
Assemble robots according to provided instructions and diagrams
Test robots to ensure they meet performance standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Troubleshoot and repair robots as needed
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Provide feedback to engineering to continually improve the product for production
Create new processes to streamline processes together with the COO
Requirements
Previous experience in robot or complex machinery with complex electronics assembly and testing preferred
Familiarity with computer programs and technical diagrams (such as electrical or mechanical)
Ability to use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Additional:
Experience with CNC, Plasma cutter, laser cutter, lathe, drill press, and grinding machinery is preferred
