At Icalia we are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the IT area and/or similar positions. (Account Manager / Engagement Manager / Project manager)
  • Advanced English, fully conversational. (A must)

Responsibilities:

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensures that customers receive requested products and services in a timely manner.
  • Communicates the needs and demands of the client to the company.
  • Forecast and track customer account metrics.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to accomplish client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records of hours worked.
  • Follow-up of projects with work teams.
