Traffic Lab is a Danish company with HQ in Copenhagen and an office in Malta. Our Malta office is situated in the heart of St Julian’s, Malta’s most developed business district. About the job
As we continue to grow and expand in Malta and in Denmark, we are looking for an accountant to assist on all accounting aspects in the company. We offer a unique opportunity to join our well functioning Finance team, which is defined by their quick adaptation to changes, detail oriented and eager to bring value to the organization.
The Finance team consists of 5 individuals where you will report directly to the Finance Manager in Denmark and the Head of M&A sitting in our Malta office. As an Accountant in Traffic Lab, you will have a broad range of tasks where you will be involved on managing daily accounting tasks. Working closely with the team, you will have a huge impact on developing our Finance team to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- General Bookkeeping including accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist with monthly invoicing process.
- Bank reconciliations and other ad hoc reconciliations
- Supporting month end closing tasks.
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports and Annual Reports.
- Support within VAT submissions.
- Proposing and participating in improvements to the overall company accounting processes.
- Many interesting ad hoc tasks
Who are you?
You have well-developed skills within accounting. You have a proven toolbox that includes financial tools combined with a good business understanding, a positive and analytical personality.
You have a relevant financial education or practical experience from a finance department. You are a proficient user of IT and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), and you are fluent in English both written and verbal language.
As a person, you are a great team player who finds it appealing to work cross functional while at the same time having the ability to work independently. You take great responsibility for your tasks and have a problem-solving mindset.

Practicalities
The position is full time, and you should be able to work from our Malta office and hopefully you can start as soon as possible. Salary is based on qualifications. Potential candidates will be called in ongoingly, so please apply as soon as possible.
