POSITION OVERVIEW
The Pool & Gym Attendant will be responsible to the Front Office Supervisor, in charge of all over the Gym & Pool areas and their related services. To extend the best possible, safety and relaxing service to all Residents using these facilities as well as assist them in a hospitality manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise sub contractor for repair and period maintenance
- Assist Residents in setting up gym regime and advise on suitable work-out
- Check hi-fi stereo and TVs from time to time, make sure CDs are available and not be taken away
- Be responsible for the cleanliness, hygienic of the Pool area
- Establish & maintain the standards of the Pool services
- Ensure the Pool Regulations are adhered to
- Supervise the use of equipment to ensure that there is no risk of injury through misuse
- Ensure the entire pool area including pool, lockers, changing room & toilets are sanitized & clean. Check pool water for PH & chlorine balance reading and adjust if necessary
- Arrange all amenities, furniture as standard set by the Manager at all time
- Refill/replace amenities: soap, tissue, liquid, towel… (If any)
- Report defects (if any) to Engineer Dept. to carry out regular preventive maintenance on equipment
- Report any health or safety hazard
- Attend all staff and training meetings when directed by the Manager
- Prepare monthly report
- Keep up a daily log book and record all lost & found & to complete other duties as directed by the Assistant Property Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Diploma/Degree in Management
Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
PC skills
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
Experience
- At least 1 year experience in related field
Language
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
