Responsibilities
Develop organizational structure
Develop Job Description for all staff
Review employee records and develop an accurate database
Oversee recruitment of medica land admin staff for the operational period
Develop HR policies
o Recruitment and confirmation policy
o Training & development policy
o Leave policy
o Bullying & harassment policy
o Company property management policy
o Travel policy
o Health & safety policy
o Employee welfare policy
o Exit management policy
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Develop performance management framework/policy
Develop grading structure
Requirements
10 years of experience in HR
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Relevant academic diploma in Human Resources management
BSC/HND
Salary : N400,000 (gross)
