Responsibilities:
- Create a strategic plan for online and offline expansion to address new customer and revenue growth opportunities
- Analyze store performance and feed relevant, insightful information to other departments such as Product Development, Branding, and Marketing.
- Create a strategic plan for offline expansion to address new customer and revenue growth opportunities
- Analyze and create a strategic plan for offline trade marketing to attract new customer
- Drive the expansion of the business and ensure a very fast roll-out with a high eye for detail and quality
- Ability to propose and execute an opening or closing of a sales channel depending on business needs and strategies
- Manage current and existing sales channels across different platforms
- Design and implement shopping journey optimized for revenue and work with related teams
- Manage the day to day offline sales operations within the company
- Maintain good relationships with external parties such as distributors, eCommerce account managers, department stores, etc.
Requirements:
- Eager to learn with a can-do, positive attitude and self-starting mentality
- Strong analytical thinking, skilled in data-driven quantitative work, excellent ability to spot patterns and interpret data into actionable insights
- Team player who is able to work on dynamic environment that requires own thinking, taking initiatives and problem-solving, equipped with strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
