Supply Technology Specialist

YOUR TASKS

• 
  Coordinating the needed activities for buildings and building services engineering (ensure operating ability and proper condition, organize and check all necessary maintenance and repair work and organize cleaning of the buildings; work at outdoor facilities, winter service, water station supply, ventilation system);
• Be the local contact for all building projects;
• Setting and monitoring of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, programming of digital control equipment;
• Responsible for preparation and representing the company during external and internal audits;
• Planning of measurement, control and regulation systems for technical building equipment and supply systems;
• Responsible for 5S - organization and supervision of tidiness and cleanness in the building area;
• Conducting price negotiations and order-ready processing of procurements in consultation with the supervisor;
• Responsible for training and assessment of all relevant employees with regard to the setting up and application of (assembly installations, welding installations, gluing robots, metallization etc.);
• Responsible for implementation of all technical installations (floors, clothes etc.) for ESD protection in accordance with specific standards;
• Technical support in the case of the setting-up of critical machines/installations/plants and drawing up of specific set-up instructions;
• Responsible for delimitation, implementation and sequence of the process for maintenance and issuing of machines and replacement parts;
• Planning and issuing of consumables: working clothes (frocks, shoes etc.) and closets.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical University degree;
• More than 3 years of job-related experience in the automotive industry;
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP;
• Good English language is required;
• Solid critical thinking and very good communication skills;
• Organizational and planning skills, initiative & proactiveness;
• Project management skills and multi-tasking skill;
• Moderation, communication and proactive attitude, problem solving skills.
