In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
You are responsible for
Placing purchase orders to suppliers, communicate delivery dates and check if goods are shipped and delivered on time
Managing additional process steps for EU-MDR regulated medical devices, such as providing the supplier with specific documents enabling the verification inspection process, following up and creating verification records in SAP
Archiving documents related to customers and countries according to local legislation
Pro-actively communicating to (internal) customers
You are a part of
EU MDR team that is responsible for the verification of medical documentation to European regulations.
Global Competence Center in Łódź, where we centralize our business processes. We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree
1 - 3 years of experience in a business operational environment
Fluent in English
Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
Soft skills: multitasking, communicative, detail-oriented
