Responsibility
Ensure on and off the job safety, health, people respect, and ethics with in the working area.
Supervising/working on material and product testing in QA Lab, ware house, plant operation and field to ensure Corteva’s quality standards are maintained.
Assure all QA lab operatus/equipment is clean and in proper working condition. Make sure implements calibration is done as per schedule provided by the QAS. Prepare accuracte and reliabile quality information report to QAS in time manner. Manage tools and equipment to align with test schedule and follow to Quality Management System.
Collect and monitor quality data to ensure that quality results from various testing activities and updating in ERP.
Responsible for preparing sample shipments for regional lab testing and communication with regional lab team Visiting farmer fields and dealer shops to cater customer compalints regarding seed quality Coordinate with warehouse, plant operation and sale team regarding quality related matters Coaching/Monitoring Lab Assistant by provide training to be able to maintain or leverage competencies and follow all Procedures and Work Instructions stated in Quality Management System.
