· Warehouse Coordinators keep track of products stored in warehouse for delivery, inspect the inventory and maintain paperwork and documents.
· Plan delivery routes for drivers and kelindan based on orders received and delivery deadlines.
· Monitor driver and kelindan attendance and ensure timely departures for each trip.
· Ensure that truck servicing and maintenance is carried out on time to prevent breakdowns and delays.
· Plan trips to 3PL locations as required by the company.
· Allocate target delivery volumes to each truck based on availability and capacity.
· Plan pick-up schedules and update customers on delivery status and estimated time of arrival.
· Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and completion rates.
· Continuously optimize routes for efficiency and cost savings.
Job Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
· At least 2-3 years of experience in route planning or logistics management.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with drivers, customers, and other team members.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Proficiency in logistics software and route optimization tools.
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
